Our Facilities
Our production plant in Chrzanów boasts the following, in particular:
- a production hall with an area of 17,000 m2,
- a modern paint shop with a length of 75 m,
- new shot blasting booth with dimensions of 6 × 30 m,
- HADIAG/P braking system measurement station,
- a new test bench for testing of rail vehicles’ bogies together with tensometric measurement of wheel loads of wheelsets,
- a new station for measuring the frames of car bogies,
- a modern position for testing the characteristics of car bogies’ springs,
- new stations for dismantling of bogies,
- a new station for the assembly of bogies,
- a new station for testing of train body warping,
- a new test station for testing of draw gear,
- a station for voltage supply for testing and examinations, equipped with switchgear and measuring systems for variable voltages of 1000; 1500 and 3000 V and additionally for high voltages from 4000 to 7500 V,
- shunting equipment, rail-road devices for shunting of rail vehicles of ZAGRO E-MAXI M type,
- the longest zero track in Poland of 160 m,
- railway siding 4.5 km,
- 24/7 service department, with 5 dedicated service vehicles with suitable tools and equipment for in-guarantee service.
